Utility Service / New Accounts Application
Please complete the Utility Application to sign up for service. Forms submit directly to the Finance Office. NOTE: Payment of all deposits and fees are due before service will be established. Further instructions regarding payment will be provided when the form has been successfully submitted.

Read through and Complete the Landlord Agreement Form whereby utility service is switched into Landlord’s name when tenant service is terminated.

Paperless Billing (E-statements)
The City of Vermillion has the capability to email your monthly utility bill to you at no additional cost. You will receive your bill the instant that it is ready - no more waiting for the mail. This service is easy to start and you are able to cancel at any time. Please complete the Paperless Billing Form to sign up.

A final meter reading is required for customers moving out of the city. Please contact utility billing at 605-677-7056 to schedule your final meter reading date along with your forwarding address.
