Prentis Plunge Pool 

2022 Season Passes

2022 Prentis Plunge pool season passes are now available for purchase. Passes can be picked up beginning Saturday, May 28, 2022 at Prentis Plunge Pool. 

Season pass prices are set by the Vermillion City Council on an annual basis. 2022 fees are as follows: 

  • All passes for pool patrons ages 7 to adult (including seniors) are $50.00. 
  • Children Ages 0 - 6 are free with a paid adult; limit two children per paid adult. 
  • Daily Admission Fee is $6.00.

Location & Activities

The swimming pool is located in Prentis Park. The Prentis Plunge is home to:

  • Open-swims
  • Private parties
  • Swim team practices and meets
  • United Way / Red Cross Swim Lessons

and other special events. The water is heated and maintained at approximately 80 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool will not open if the air temperature is below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
