Notice of Public Hearing - Application for Conditional Use Permit

NOTICE OF HEARING

APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT


The public hearing to consider an application submitted by Mr. Todd Heine for a Conditional Use Permit to construct, and operate, storage units at 911 North Norbeck Street has been continued until the March 25, 2019 regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission.


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Vermillion Planning Commission on Monday, March 11, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. in the Large Conference Room, City Hall, 25 Center Street, Vermillion, South Dakota to consider an application submitted by Mr. Todd Heine for a Conditional Use Permit to construct, and operate, storage units at 911 North Norbeck Street, within the land legally described as follows:


Lot 10, Block 1, Brooks Industrial Park Addition to the City of Vermillion, Clay County, South Dakota


Such property is located within the GI General Industrial District. Pursuant to the City of Vermillion Zoning Regulations, a Conditional Use permit is required for said use.

The applicant will appear at this hearing to provide the Vermillion Planning Commission all of the information required for issuance of a Conditional Use Permit for the proposed use under the City of Vermillion Zoning Ordinance, before such permit can be issued.  A copy of the application, including relevant maps and drawings, and information concerning the hearing process is available for review by the public at the office of the Zoning Administrator at City Hall, 25 Center Street, Vermillion, SD 57069 prior to the hearing.

All interested persons are invited to attend and offer their comments.  Those interested persons not able to attend are invited and encouraged to send written comments, prior to the hearing, to:
