Face Coverings Expected in City-owned Buildings

The City Council adopted a motion at the August 3, 2020 meeting to require face coverings in all City-owned buildings including the Vermillion Public Library as well as The Bluffs Golf Course Clubhouse.

As the COVID-19 pandemic has evolved, face coverings have been determined to be one of the more effective measures to control the spread of the disease. Other safety measures such as hand sanitizing stations, physical distancing markings, and general signage about safe practices are already in place. Face coverings will also be available at public entrances to buildings to assist those who may not have a face covering immediately available.
