How do I apply for a building permit?

Building permit requests are done by completing the Building Permit Application. The form is submitted to the Building Official via the website. You will be notified after the permit has been reviewed and approved by the Building Official. The approved permit will be sent to you via e-mail or USPS. The City Finance Office will mail you an invoice for the required fees within a few days following approval. Questions regarding building permits can be directed to the Building Official at 605-677-7088.
